I coincidentally read a handful of books back to back that shared a very common theme. They were, in order, 'Dry' and 'A Million Little Pieces', and 'Brave New World' and '1984'. I liked the latter book in each pairing *substantially* more than the prior. In any case, I thought it was a cool approach and tried to do it more going forward.
