Xenoblade Chronicles - Nintendo Wii
Year: 2010 (JP), 2011 (EU), 2012 (NA)
World: medieval fantasy, fairly open, immensive
Story: fairly linear
Side quests: mostly slay and fetch jobs, town building
Combat: real time with a party of four
Language: Japanese/English voices, English text
Part of the Xeno series. The one single thing I have to point out with this one is the beautiful, immensive world. The quite monotonous side quests are made somewhat less cumbersome due to them directly affecting the lives—and locations—of the NPCs.
