My Top 50 Anime List

Definitly not the best Anime but my personal guilty pleasure. I can always watch some episodes and have a good time with it.

In some scenes it was hard to know who is who now while watching this, but this is exactly the point. It was a good story with nice characters.

The Aladdin-setting, the dschinns and my personal M.V.P. Ali Baba is enough to pick this in my list. The second season was a bit lower then the first, but definitly a nice watch.

One Isle, anyone tries to kill each other with 4 types of bombs & a nice blonde waifu. Enough said.

Especially the first season is a rewatch-classic for me. I grewed up with Yugi and his friends and played the game, too.

Eat how much you want before you see this and i swear you would get hungry nevertheless if you see the food. The first episode is NOT representive for the rest of the show, so pls don´t stop watching after this. Great cooking-battles, great characters and a great watch.

This is maybe the funniest Isekai-Anime i´ve ever watched and always get´s a smile on my face. My favorite char is Megumin, without a doubt.

Somebody walks through a empty floor and it looks like a high-paid movie scene. The setting is a fresh wind and the story is never predictable. It has a lot of Twists and great scenes and i loved it really much.

The Main-Duo and there story reminds me a lot to one of my Top 10 Anime, but why is this at 42 and not in the tops? The side-characters! Hori´s family is great but all the classmates and other ones are really boring and the best scenes are definitly the scenes with the MC´s.

Maybe it would be higher but to be honest it´s a long time since i watched this and it definitly needs a rewatch, but the way how the group handles the death of a good friend is heartwarming and a anime anyone should see.

Imagine you know what happens in the future because your 27 year old me writes you a letter, but you can´t tell anyone about it. This Anime has a amazing story and you always want to know what happens next.

The bunny-girl cover and title of this show is just to catch weebs. Oh wait?! I was caught..
Then this is just a first episode thing after that the bunny goes and the story hit´s like a slam dunk. So pls give this a try i swear you will not regret this.

I had many story-drivin animes in my list but sometimes it needs a funny and relaxed show and this is what you get here. A girl doesn´t can talk with others and anyone thinks it´s because she´s a beauty and they not worthy. If you need a light meal that always gives you a smile, this anime should be your choice.

This anime reminds me of a story from my reallife, not with cosplays, but i´m also meet a beautiful girl because of a hobby and thats a extrem personal point but i mean.. the whole list is a personal opinion. The MC is also just a normal guy with a hobby and he´s scared to tell anyone about it, until the day Marin Kitagawa came into his life. I see there are some bad reviews because of not understanding this show and just seeing the fan-service but believe me, you will miss a great show if you doesn´t give this a try.

When it goes to reallife football i´m just watching the WM and EM but i´m a big fan of the NBA since 2006 and Kobe Bryant´s 81 Points. R.I.P.

So it was a no-brainer for me to watch this and maaaan. The games are explosive, the skills are awesome and it was such a great ride. If you like Sports-Anime and doesn´t know about these one you should definitly give him a try.

I know what you think now, but the way how different the fire-skills was, the fights look like and the story was telled, it was just a pleasure to watch this great show.

This is the anime with the best filler-episodes. I knew filler´s are never that good, but to be honest the mainplot with the men in black and how can conan be a teenager again was never my point to see the show. I watched it because of the different settings every epdisode and how conan and co handle the situations and it has some really good characters like Kogoro, Ai Haibara or Heiji Hatori.

A alien called mikey is the hand of the MC and the chemistry between this both guys is so funny and the story is great and nice to follow.

I need just one word to say why this was a masterpiece for me: Johan.
This m*****f***** is one of the greatest anime villains of all time, hands down. Every new move from him makes you speechless and you can´t stop watching. Also as a german it´s a big plus that this show played in some big german city´s.

Great Visuals, a funny chemistry between the MC´s and Reigen Arataka. That´s all i need to say.

Names of the characters are all from reallife authors and the name of the skills are a book of the particular author, but thats just a sidefact. The real point are the amazing characters and villains , the twists and how the story is telled. I´ve never forget, it was the 3. episode and the first appear of Akutagawa that hits me and showed how great and dark this anime would be.

Is this another doremi-magical-girl flower power anime? That was my first reaction and at the point when i was like: "yes, it is" the anime slapped me in the face and showed me where i am here now. What a dark and amazing story, awesome characters and breathtaking moments this few episodes has is a masterclass.

When it goes to slice-of-life it´s a big point for me that the characters are intresting, friendly and let me want to see more. So damn, here´s no one i doesn´t like, the main group, the sister of the MC or the teacher. (anyone know´s the teacher is the real m.v.p.) All of them makes me smile and get me into it. I´m really enjoying this show and all the things the girls do.

"When i was a teenager i was skating and i loved the Tony Hawk game´s, too so let´s see this anime", was exactly what i´m thinking about this at the start, but damn, i had no idea that this title flashes me so hard, the characters and run´s are really good designed, Miya Chinen and his backstory was something that i´ve never expected in that sort of anime and i can´t wait to see the next season/s.

To be a child again with all the knowledge we had now, i think anybody wants to do that, and this is the story. The MC is not exactly the same child and is born into a fantasie-world but man its awesome. The characters of that show are amazing and i´m hyped a lot for the rest of this great anime.

So this is a hard choice... because the first season is a 11/10 and the second season is a 4/10 maximum. So thats why my 25 is just the first season, but its a closed story and theres no problem to just see the first and have a really good time and skip the failure after that.

It was christmas eve, cold outside, any procedure was over, i was laying in my bed at my parents home and began to watch this anime. Maybe it needed all of that but god damn was i´m into it. Any spot the girls go to are reallife spots, there is no heavy dispute between characters or something else, it´s just some girls go camping and thats it, but i can´t stop watching.

It´s the understandable MC Deku, all the different Quirks (skills) and amazing fights that makes this show so special. Storylines like Endavour or the back-story of Shigaraki are something not any shounen would dare.

How a boy becomes a man? If you want to see it then follow the story of Simon. I mean it starts in a cave with some drills and goes until the entire Universe. Kamina is one of the greatest side-characters i´ve ever seen and TTGL one of the best shounen-animes.

A great journey, very unique characters and arcs you will never forget, the only reason OP isn´t in the top 20 is the anime himself, with this duration it´s clear that there are many fillers and arcs i´m not like that much, something like punk hazard for example. The fxcking forest of the whole cake island arc and similar things let this masterpiece on a good 21. Place.

Time after war, the setting is a juvenile prison with a asshole as prison govonor and a group of boys with dreams and hope of a better future. This anime showed me how hard a prison can be in a very realistic way. This counts for any anime in this list and espacially the top 20, if you doesn´t know the anime pls give this a try and watch it.

How i said, i watched Kuroko´s Basketball because i´m a big fan of the N.B.A. so why is this show higher and whats the point with volleyball for me? Absolutly nothing. But this is the best sports anime in my opinion, because it takes time for any character in the team, any player on the bench or dude from the staff. The complete 3. season is just one game, it starts in the first and ends in the last episode and there´s not one filler-second. If you watch this game you´re extremly in and thats the big point with this sports-masterpiece.

After the best sports anime in my opinion welcome to the best isekai for me. It´s the story of a librarian who´s "isekaied" in the middle aged time, without books, letters or pen´s. This Anime showed very realistic how people was thinking in this time and how the society was differenced. I understand when this isn´t a title for anyone but if you go on this journey you won´t forget about it.

Wow, where should i start to say why this is a masterpiece that anyone should see. The anime always tells you which month it is and it starts in april and the entire season i was like: "april is over, so whats the lie that means in the title?" and at the moment i´m realized what it was and how this title ends flashed me so damn hard, im always hear the music of this show and think about it and the only reason it´s not in the top 10 is the a bit boring part in the middle of the season, but it´s just a calm before the storm. Pure Love!

A deaf mute main character is something you doesn´t see all day, the visuals of this title, too and nevertheless this was such a amazing journey i can´t find words for. Bojji and Kage are awesome, the fights at the end looks like Levi vs Beasttitan and it´s so so heartwarming, i loved anything about it and really can´t wait for more. When it has more seasons there´s definitly potential for a higher place, but 16 is good for the moment.

How many bad-ass characters do you want? "Yes." I´m sure this was a conversation with the mangachar at the beginning and he delivered. At the very first episode it´s a dark and brutal story, all characters of the maingroup are insane and the new movie shows where it goes to in the next season and i´m completly hooked. I had the feeling that i need to say something about Goyou, everyone loves Goyou.

All People in the world turns into stones and at the point the mastermind MC wakes up the world is set back to the beginning and he wants to bring back the civilication. The villain doesn´t want that because it would bring back war and other bad things we know from history. This setting is so fresh and nice to see and how all of this comes togther is amazing. Can´t get enough from Dr. Stone

At the first view it can looks like a light childish story but after a few episodes you know thats definitly wrong. This is a anime that makes you speechless any new episode again. The way through the abyss with Riko and Reg is just like Dr.Stone a new fresh setting and the gloomy vibe while watching this is something i´ve never forget.

Lelouch as the MC is a very well written Character and how he used the tech he gets at the beginning from C.C. and how the plot twists hits me was phenomenal. Mecha-shows are normally not my thing but how they implemented them in this political story was great and the fights with them also.

The whole title is just a cat and mouse game, with two of the greatest Characters in anime-history and how they played out each other was a absolut amazing ride. You can rewatch this serveral times and it never get´s bored. Light Yagami and L Lawlet are 11/10 chars.

Now we´re in the Top 10 and it starts with one of the biggest shows of my childhood. DBZ has 4 big arc´s and any one of them has brilliant antagonist´s, stunning fights and a lovely main group. The story isn´t that complex but it doesn´t need to. DBZ is a all time classic for a reason and is definitly my favourite part of Dragon Ball.

Tanjiro´s journey with his demon sister to fight against Michael Jackson is not just one of the greatest animations i´ve ever seen it´s also a show with amazing fights and very funny characters. I loved it since the first episode but i´ve never forget the 19. episode, it was that moment when i´m going from "damn, what a great anime" to "damn, what a fxcking masterpiece".

The Point with Tokyo Revengers is not just the exactly 12 year go back or the amazing cast with Mikey, Draken and Chifuyuu, it´s the way how Takemichy change things and goes back to see what´s the different now. Sometimes it´s much more worse then before and i can´t get enough. This show is brutal, hard and never predictable.

Ok, ok, maybe it´s a bit recency bias and maybe we had just 12 episodes now, but god damn, every scene, detail and chemestry between characters is fxcking awesome, i can´t stop laughing while watching this. Twilight, Yor and my personal M.V.P. Starlight Anya are just amazing and i´m shure if we get more episodes there is potential for a higher place.

To call this one a masterpiece is maybe a understatement and it´s hard to find words to say why anyone should see this. How the alchemy is implemented with rules anyone understands is awesome. The Elric-bro´s and all the other character´s, except Shou Tucker this b*tch, are fantastic designed, the world-building and changes between funny and hard moments is on a very high level here and i loved anything about it.

My problem with the most romance animes is the big focus on the main duo, boring side-chars and a predictible way how the story goes. All of this is like a ball and Toradora is Lionel Messi and kicks it out of the stadium. The setting of this show is simple but what they do with it is such amazing. Two neighbours help each other to get the love they want because its the respective best friend of the other one. The most part of watching you get tears of laugher and at the end tears of how the story goes. 11/10 romance anime.

The first season is a bit episodic and helps to get to know the characters and while you watching it there are several questions you didn´t get a answer for until the second season came to smash you the answers in a unbelivable way in your face. The M.V.P. and one of the funniest Characters ever made is Koro-Sensei himself, without a doubt. The setting is fresh, the class is full of great chars and the ending is something i will never forget.

Now we´re at my personal big three and what´s better to start with then big titans? The first season gets me the feeling of a simple shounen, the MC wants to kill titans because they are bad and in my mind i saw him kill anyone of them in the future. But damn, i was wrong, really reeeally wrong. The best point with this title are the stunning plot-twists, the blur between good and bad, there´s no black and white and Levi Ackermann. The fights against the titans are so sick animated you will watch your eyes out.

Never forget this is a personal list and in my opinon there can´t be another title on my 2. place then this. It was a sunday and a friend writes me i need to watch this and it was one of the best sundays in my life. If you see this anime till the end you will watch it again, then at this point you see it with different eyes. How all the little stories from the beginning culminated in a fantastical finsh is so breathtaking and it´s definitly the best slice of life anime i´ve ever seen. ANYONE should give this a try.

Here it is, my personal all time number 1, without a doubt. Gon, a boy who´s a bit childish and naive, want´s to become a hunter because his dad is one of them, but what the hunters really do and how dark the world can be is something he doesn´t know. The way he learns exactly this and how it breaks him is stunninshing. HxH has the best main group, the best arc ever in form of the chimera ant arc and also the best and understandeble power tech together with devil fruits from one piece.
