I couldn't find a picture from the scene where they use the phone booth, but it's in the beginning and its a pretty important scene. The main character winds up being kidnapped because his companion was too busy talking in a phone booth to keep an eye on him.

Dumb and Dumber (1994)
Dumb and Dumber has one where this nerdy guy gets punched in the face because he's bothering the assassin trying to talk to his boss in a phone booth. Quite funny.
