Devil Daggers - PC Games
This game is the titular example of condensed madness. Every single run is functionally exactly the same and done on a timer. Progression is painstakingly carving a few more seconds into your best time and trying again. And again.

Post Void - PC Games
Playing much like a fever dream, Post Void is a strong entry in this list. There are choices after each level but they are so limited it hardly changes much. This is fast and repetitive in the best way. Trapped in an endless hallway, trying over and over to get to the end.
karthnemesis's rating:
As most who play this game will never progress past the first campaign, it is very much repeating the same 25 days over and over. Minor RNG through events, but they are a set pool.
(It does technically open up more in campaign 2, if you manage to beat 1.)

karthnemesis's rating:
Arcade mode in Hell is Other Demons is a madness loop with a few more choices, making it slightly less mad. But it often plays very much the same way, especially with characters who do not change weapons, qualifying it situationally for this list.

Hotline Miami - PC Games
Could be most easily thought of as a collection of loops of madness.
karthnemesis's rating:
Games inherently about repeating short, intensely difficult loops over and over again hoping to get a different result
