These are the novels that you can't just see in an BBC or Hallmark adaptation. Some of them are available as miniseries, some are not. But the point is : watch them is not enough, they could never make justice to these works. I didn't included War and Peace cause we have the russian version and the international which are very good, also to be honest that story has some points simply ridiculous by the DEUX EX MACHINA incidents
