Toy Story (1995)
Ms. Davis purchases the Buzz Lightyear present as an 'extra' for her son. This causes a rivalry between Woody and Buzz which leads to the former pushing the latter outside the window and on a wild 'n wooly chase throughout the city: they are stranded at the petrol pump station, nearly run over by a truck and almost destroyed by Sid, the movie's actual villain!

Toy Story 2 (1999)
In this film, Woody's arm gets broken which prompts Ms. Davis to put him on top of the shelf. Over there Woody finds Wheezy who was supposed to have his squeaker fixed ages ago but Wheezy says that she forgot. Later, they're having a yard-sale and Ms. Davis throws out Wheezy. Not wanting to see his old friend to be sold, Woody instantly springs to action and this where the story begins:

Al McWhiggins, the primary villain, steals Woody which causes Hamm, Slinky, Buzz, Rex & Mr. Potato Head to rescue Woody. Mr. Potato Head is almost run over by a pipe, Woody is almost send to Japan and the others are almost killed at the airport!

However, the ending does have a redeeming point though: Andy, the primary protagonist, gets new toys!

Toy Story 3 (2010)
In this one, both Andy & family are grown up. Ms. Davis wants Andy to throw out his old toys (in the process it's also revealed all the other toys seen in the first two were sold in yard-sales). Andy has an idea and puts all of his toys, bar Woody, in a thrash bag meant for the attic. Ms. Davis, thinking they're for the garbage, throws them out, setting a rather dangerous storyline in motion!

They're donated to Sunnyside Daycare which is run by the fluffy-on-the-outside-but-a-monster-on-the-inside Lotso, the primary villain. The toys are chewed on, licked on, thrown, dismembered and are almost killed when Lotso resets Buzz. And if that wasn't enough, they're thrown at the incinerator where they're *this* close to being finished... !!!

In all three Toy Story films, her actions (indirectly) sets the ball in motion!
