Fractional US Currencies

My father was an avid coin and currency collector. While serving at Pearl Harbor during WWII, he crossed paths with members of several of our current and former allies and amassed a sizeable collection of their coins and banknotes. Along the way, he managed to get his hands on a few of these oddities as well.
