Books

This isn't a bad book, it's just not my type of reading. I did like the characters, the main lady Barbara has a big heart and treats her employees well, of course I didn't like the men who were making slaves and hurting them. I skimmed it.

It took me a long time to get through this book. I liked the characters and the writing...but it just didn't hold my interest, but I kept picking it up now and then. I hate the end with the swearing and rape, that surprised me and turned me right off...but I got to the end of it.
