Shoah (1986)
This is an epic documentary about the Holocaust, it was directed by Claude Lanzmann, and it's (in my opinion) best documentary ever made. He interviews survivors, witnesses, and ex-Nazis, to give a horrifying portrait of the events of Nazi genocide.
