Cinderella (2015)
I absolutely love Disney, and I think when it comes to fairytales, no one else does them better. Cinderella, directed by Kenneth Branagh, is a true classic style fairy tale movie, a complete departure from the dark and modern style we've seen lately, for example Snow White and the Huntsman This is an absolutely gorgeous film, with beautiful costumes and sets and exceptional cinematography. Written by Chris Weitz, Cinderella does go into the back story of its lead characters, even fleshing out the prince. All the actors do a great job, with the stunning Lily James delivering a fantastic performance as Cinderella. Overall, Cinderella is a prime example of why I love Disney. Yes, there's nothing fresh about the way the story unfolds, but as a truly classic and traditional fairytale movie, this is one of the best!

Justice League: Throne of Atlantis is the sequel to last year's highly entertaining Justice League: War. I personally thought War was a terrific introduction to the Justice League, and was so excited for the sequel. Unfortunately, Throne of Atlantis is just 'meh'. There are some great moments, especially with Aquaman, who is absolutely badass in in the film. However, the film is way too short. Throne of Atlantis is just over an hour in length, which results in an extremely rushed storyline. Thus, the story doesn't make an impression at all, and while the action is entertaining and very well done, this introduction to the Aquaman character is just disappointing.
