Stuck in Love (2013)

This movie has made its way into my top 10 favorite movies! A lot of this movie was relatable for me and as I watched it I came to an actualization or two about my own life. Not that my life is anywhere near as crazy as these characters. Another reason I loved it is mixed with some movie cliches were a lot of movie (at least for me) first times. The kid trying so hard to have a life that when he gets one he gets completely let down. The self righteous girl trying so hard to be tough ends up hurting the people around her...usually you just see her get saved by some good guy who stops at nothing to prove himself...which may kind of happen here too BUT not before some realistic trial and error. Then people actually waiting on each other and not giving up... Great movie. Also I want to mention that I think it had a lot of potential to be a bad romantic comedy and for that reason the director of this movie is now one of my favorites!

When it began it felt cheese-e, overacted, and cliche. But as it went on it revealed a very meaningful and beautiful plot that makes all of its previous pit falls become brilliant. Visually this movie is amazing! I usually am not a big fa of CGI but I really loved it in this one. I would definitely recommend it, especially to movie buffs!!

The Odd Couple II (1998)

Watched this one with my dad. I never saw the original so I am not sure how it is by comparison but this movie was great! Hilarious! I love the sense of humor. Two old buddies (who of course have conflicting personalities) at each other all the time! Its my kind of movie really.. I always say 'who needs a plot when you got great characters!' This movie had a plot though Im just saying it didnt need one I could have watched these two duke it out all day! Love Matthau! Love Lemon! Oscar and Felix forever

Watched this one with my dad after The Odd Couple. Another buddy film..Can't lie, I love'em. I usually do not care for action films though but this actually had a powerful female, true love, and true friendship that usual action movies completely leave out!
