250 g of wheat flour
120 g of powdered sugar
125 g butter
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 teaspoon of baking powder
pinch of salt
How to prepare?
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Lay the baking tray with baking paper.
Put the flour on a pastry board or bowl, add salt, baking powder.
Add the chopped butter, egg, powdered sugar. Mix the whole, kneading with your hands.
When the dough begins to stick, divide into 2 parts. Form one part into a ball, wrap in foil and put in the fridge.
Add the cocoa to the second part of the dough, knead in a bowl until the dough has a solid color. Form them into a ball, wrap them in foil and put them in the fridge for an hour.
After an hour, roll out both parts, sprinkling the countertop with a bit of flour.
Prepare cookie cutters for punching cookies - smaller and larger (eg big and small stars, hearts, circles).
With both masses, cut out large cakes at the beginning.
Then, in the middle of the cakes, cut another hole with a smaller mold.
And now: you can bake large biscuits with a hole and tiny ones separately, or you can put small chocolate-colored cookies in the center of the bright ones and vice versa.
Put these two-colored cookies on the baking tray. Bake for about 12 minutes.
