Jack Klugman was an American actor of stage, film and television. His most notable work included "12 Angry Men" (1957), in which he played Juror #5, several appearances on "The Twilight Zone" (1959), Oscar Madison in the Broadway play "The Odd Couple", a role in which he reprised in the highly successful 1970 TV adaptation, and the title role in "Quincy, M.E." (1976). Klugman also served in the United States Army during World War II.
