" Released: 2012 Telltale's take on The Walking Dead series pretty much revitalised the point-and-click adventure, a genre thought to have been lost in obscurity, and focused more on the writing and branching paths of the story rather than puzzle-solving. The Walking Dead - particularly Season 1 - is one of the best stories I have ever come across in any game and one of the few licensed games that isn't a quick cash grab.
