Description: Sam is back in the second episode of his battles with his arch-nemesis Mental. After finding the Sirian spacecraft in ancient Egypt, Sam "Serious" Stone hijacked it and is heading for Mental himself. Unfortunately, Sam loses control of the alien ship and crashlands somewhere in the South American mountains. "Hieman parempi kuin ykkösosa, kiitos edes jonkin verran vaihtelevamman tasosuunnittelun, sekä uusien vihollisten jotka nekin tuovat hieman vaihtelua. Siltikin moni taso menee siihen, että kävellään ensin eteenpäin, jolloin ylitetään raja jossa uusia vihollisia spawnaa kasapäin eteenpäin ja sitten juotaan takaperin ja ammutaan samalla viholliset kuoliaaksi. Sitten edetään taas pidemmälle kuin viime kerralla, ylitetään seuraava rajapyykki ja jälleen uusia vihuja spawnaa eteenpäin"
