Description:
The popular series was already beginning to turn smug and self-indulgent by 1983, when the first sequel was released. The visually inventive action comedy of the bracing original (which for some reason is not currently available on video) was replaced with a lot of mugging slapstick, as affianced cops Baldy (Karl Mak) and Inspector Ho (the glorious Sylvia Chang) are repeatedly waylaid by criminal activity on their way to the altar.
