Description: Dorit Henke was a former actress and model with Italian and German ancestry, born on June 19th, 1953. Parallel to her career in acting, Dorit was a model who posed for a number of primarily provocative magazines such as Playmate and the Hausfrauen-Report. Eminent by avid watchers of 70s European Sexploitation, Henke debuted her cinematic career as Jutta in the Young Seducers (1971). This would be the first of her 19 credited acting roles that varied from dramas, romance, and erotica films. After starring in a string of Teutonic and Italian movies such as Young Wives, The Sensuous Housewife, and Love in 3D, Henke received her most infamous role in Pier Paolo Pasolini's Salò, or the 120 Days of Sodom. Released in 1975, Dorit portrayed Doris, one of the 9 female victims who is noted for her mischievousness and accidentally defecating in a bowl after eating foods in high laxative. Her most controversial scene in this film however, is her execution. There, Dorit is brutally immobilized by 3 Studs whilst the Bishop (portrayed by Giorgio Cataldi) and another Stud detaches Doris' clitoris off her body. This scene was so notorious that it was excluded from the films final cut, though you can see Dorit and her co-stars film this part; which took several tries and subjected Doris to wearing a moulded prosthetic. After Salò she was credited for 3 other minor 7th art appearances such as: Sex With A Smile as a victim of Dracula, the first episode of an Italian mini TV series called Rosso veneziano, as Eva Von Brill, and Uschi Tremp in August Rieger's sensual Hausfrauen 6: Warum gehen Frauen fremd. By late 1977, she turned 24 and found herself deprived of work in her usual field.

That is until she began her romantic relationship with the British singer Mel Ryder, who's reputation for having several affairs gave him a playboy status as well as being dubbed as 'a singer for children', which he disliked. This passionate fling put Dorit back into relative prominence for a few months as she and Mel were photographed embracing each other and riding his motorcycle, amongst multiple other shoots. When the relationship concluded, Dorit married an Italian and became Dorit Henke Capelli. This union made Henke a Mother to a daughter, born in the 1980s. Henke, now 68, currently lives in Rome where she enjoys devoting herself to her occupation and animals - of which dogs seem to be her favourite. ... (more)
