Description: David Threlfall is an English actor, director and producer, born in Burnage, Manchester, England. He is best known for his role as Frank Gallagher in the Channel 4 series "Shameless" (2004-2013). Threlfall began his acting career in 1977 with the television film "The Kiss of Death" directed by Mike Leigh. He has also appeared in films such as "Patriot Games" (1992) and "Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World" (2003).
