The discography of 30 Seconds to Mars, an American rock band, consists of three studio albums, four EP's, ten singles, eight music videos, and two video albums. 30 Seconds to Mars was formed in 1998 in Los Angeles, California, by singer and rhythm guitar Jared Leto and drummer Shannon Leto.

The group signed with Immortal Records and Virgin Records. The group's debut single, "Capricorn (A Brand New Name)", entered the Billboard Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks at Number 40 on September 7, 2002 and reached Number 31 on the October 5. The second single from the album, "Edge of the Earth", failed to chart. The band released their debut album, 30 Seconds to Mars, on August 13, 2002, the only one to feature all original founding members. The album debuted at Number 1 on Billboard Top Heatseekers on September 14, 2002.

After three years, the band released their second album, A Beautiful Lie, on August 16, 2005. In January 2006, A Beautiful Lie was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for distribution of over one million albums. It reached in the Top 10 in Italy and Austria; on March 30, 2007, A Beautiful Lie entered on the Italian Albums Chart at Number 47, and reached the Number 8 on August 10. At the end of 2007, the album was certified platinum by the Federation of the Italian Music Industry (FIMI). The first single from the album, "Attack", received a modest worldwide success. It reached the Number 22 on Billboard Hot Modern Rock Tracks and the Number 38 on the Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks. The second single from the album, "The Kill", follows the success of the precedent. It broke a record on Billboard Hot Modern Rock Tracks chart by remaining on the chart for 94 weeks, where reached the Number 3. It also reached the Number 14 on the Billboard Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks and the Number 17 on the Hot Singles Recurrents. The third single from the album is "From Yesterday". It reached the Number 1 on Billboard Hot Modern Rock Tracks, the Number 11 on the Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks and the Number 1 on the Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles, because it entered on the Billboard Hot 100. The fourth single of the album is "A Beautiful Lie". It reached the Number 37 on the Hot Modern Rock Tracks. As of April 2008, A Beautiful Lie sold more than three million copies worldwide.

After four years, the band released their third album, This Is War, on December 4, 2009. The first single from the album, "Kings and Queens", debuted in its week of release at Number 20 on the Billboard Alternative Songs and the Number 24 on the Rock Songs. It peaked the Number 1 on the Alternative Songs, the Number 5 on the Heatseekers Songs, the Number 4 on the Rock Songs, the Number 20 on the Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks, the Number 52 on the European Hot 100 Singles, the Number 70 on the Canadian Hot 100 and the Number 82 on the Billboard Hot 100. The album peaked the Number 18 on the Billboard 200, the Number 2 on the Billboard Alternative Albums chart, the Number 2 on the Digital Albums chart, the Number 4 on the Rock Albums chart, the Number 23 on the European Albums chart. ...
