Yeşim Büber was born in Aydın in 1977. Her mother is a dressmaker and her father is a freelancer. After her primary schooling, her family moved to İzmir where they stayed for 1.5 years after which they moved to İstanbul. She joined Neşe Erberk agency and appeared in a number of advertisements. She studied acting at Can Gürzap's acting school.
Büber acted as title character in the series Zeynep and went on to act in 'Kırık Ayna', 'Nasıl Evde Kaldım', 'Çaylak', 'Yer Altında Dünya Var', Nasıl Evde Kaldım and Kaybolan Yıllar. She acted in the comedy film İnşaat (Under Construction) directed by Ömer Vargı, fo
