Yamila Tamara Rodríguez (born 24 January 1998) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a forward for Brazilian Série A1 club SE Palmeiras and the Argentina women's national team.

In the course of 2016, the opportunity appeared to travel to Buenos Aires and try out at Boca Juniors, a club of which he is a fan and a feeling inherited from his mother who gave him blue and yellow shirts during his childhood.
On 9 March 2019, Rodríguez scored the first official goal of Boca Juniors women's team playing in La Bombonera.
Rodríguez represented Argentina at the FIFA Women's Cup 2023.
As a result of her performance in the year 2022, both with the blue and gold shirt as well as with the albiceleste shirt, she was nominated for the Dubai Globe Soccer Awards as one of the 20 footballers who can be voted to receive the award for the best player of the year
Rodríguez shared the nomination with players of the stature of the Spanish Alexia Putellas (winner of the Ballon d'Or), the English Lucy Bronze, the Norwegian Ada Hegerberg and the Brazilian Debinha, among others.
Of the twenty players nominated for the Dubai Globe Soccer Awards 2022, by public vote, Yamila Rodriguez finished among the 10 best players in the world accompanied by the following nine athletes: Aitana Bonmatí, Lucy Bronce, Linda Caicedo, Debinha, Ada Hegerberg, Sam Kerr, Catarina Macario, Beth Mead and Alexia Putellas.
20 years after its creation, the Alumni Awards were held at the AFA premises, where Yamila Rodriguez won the award for Outstanding Women's Soccer Player.
Rodríguez is openly lesbian.
