Wilhelm Von Kugelgen

Born in Saint Petersburg (Russia). He was the son of German parents: father Gerhard von Kügelgen (a famous painter of his time) and mother Helene Marie Zoege von Manteuffel. Wilhelm Kügelgen spent most of his childhood in Dresden. Later he became also a painter.
