While driving in the dead of night on a lonely road, Molly McNamara and her husband David get into a car accident. When Molly awakes, David has gone missing. She runs into Sam and Dean who tell her that an angry spirit appears on the highway once a year to get a new victim. Molly follows the brothers in their hunt in order to find her husband.
