Dark Continent Expedition arc

The Dark Continent Expedition arc is the eighth (officially seventh) story arc of the series, and focuses on the Kakin Empire's decision to expand to the Dark Continent, with an expedition team led by Netero's son, Beyond. In addition to the Hunter Association and Zodiacs, Kurapika becomes involved when he learns that one of Kakin's Princes owns the last of his clan's Scarlet Eyes.
