Mark Cereceda swore when he became a doctor that he would provide medical assistance to everyone, even if they couldn't afford to pay him. Mark Cereceda owns several medical centers and has always provided medical services to patients regardless of their ability or inability to pay. When he was fresh out of school, Mark Cereceda volunteered his chiropractic services to the homeless through Camillus House in Miami, Florida.
