“On Thursday, L'Wren Scott fed a multitude, serving chicken potpies to 100 guests. She fed the eye, too, with a storm of feminine colors, like pale lemon and jade, and new long-sleeved minidresses and suits with a floppy velvet bow at one side. (She had in mind classic Chelsea girls.) In addition to gorgeous coats -- slim, black, with a spree of embroidery on the shoulders -- she offered a new line of bags and shoes, with straps going up the legs.
Seeing the statuesque Ms. Scott at the end of the show, the French editor Olivier Zahm remarked, ''She should model the clothes herself.'' Ms. Scott liked hearing that and so did Mick Jagger.” (Misc article ca 2010)
