Collage which I made showing how bad the character design int he "Boogiepop and Others" (2019) anime is, and how inferior it is in comparison to the great "Boogiepop Phantom" (2000) anime character design. To me the only good things about the 2019 anime are the Boogiepop at Dawn arc (episodes 10 to 13) and the series' soundtrack. For that alone I rate the show 8/10, but the rest is pretty bad. As for Phantom (2000), I rate it 10/10.
