A new golden decade? Interpretation of the merger

The dust settled! After ten years of holding hands, Geely Automobile and Volvo Car finally handed in an answer sheet on the merger.
On the evening of February 24, Volvo Cars Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Volvo") and Geely Automobile Holdings Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Geely") jointly announced that the two parties reached the best merger plan.
