Initial Thought: I'm a big fan of Kevin Hart so I knew this would be something I would see. The cast is a decent mix bag of comedy actors. The trailer did make it seem like it would be somewhat funny and entertaining.
Characters/Acting: There is a huge number of characters here some of which with smaller roles of course. I've noticed lately a lot of Youtubers have been making brief appearances in movies like Spokenreasons, EpicLloyd, and Emmanuel Hudson. Here we have GloZell and IJustine making an appearance as well. I have to say the groomsmen are the most unusually hilarious bunch I have seen. The comedic timing of our actors is nice and they all have great chemistry together. I really liked all of the characters here.
Story: I think the story is kind of original. It would suck to have no friends let alone no friends to be a part of your wedding. The humorous atmosphere here is pretty well received and I found myself laughing quite a few times. The situations these guys find themselves in are pretty great. Okay I absolutely loved the part where they started dancing and the singer breaks out with "Teach Me How to Dougie"! There were actually a few twists I didn't expect and some I did.
Directing/Writing: The team of writer/directors haven't done anything else besides The Break Up. As well as the writer directing Fluffy. I haven't seen either so this will be my first tango with these guys. The writing here is actually pretty well put together.
Final Thought: So this was a refreshing comedy. I found myself laughing throughout the entire film. I would watch this again. It was a fun movie to pass the time with. If you enjoy Kevin Hart I'm sure you will find this enjoyable as well.
