I love it more than I love McDonalds itself

Everyone knows McDonalds food is bad for you! As well as Burger King, Wendy's and many fast food restaurants! Morgan Spurlock makes it more obvious with this documentary 'Super Size Me'! I do love McDonald's but this? This is brilliant! I love it more than I love McDonalds itself!

'Super Size Me' takes some unpleasant scenes of depression and a surgery scene but also has some very funny scenes! It's something to keep you entertained, of course McDonald's is loved by kids but this is definitely not a kid's film!

The film educates obese people about the dangers they're risking, and Spurlock takes a 30 day risk of it, eating 90 meals in a month (3 every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner) gaining a lot of weight in the process! He pretty much risked it to make a point about junk food! And he did it incredibly well! This documentary is brilliant, it gives us further education on fast food, we may not have learned in Biology in school!

I'm lovin' it! 'Super Size Me' is disturbing but educating and very funny at times! And for me, the very maximum amount of McDonald's you should eat is once a week!
