So this is Angelina Jolie's second film that I'm aware of. At first when I saw the teaser I assumed it was just a documentary, but when we got the full trailer I knew this was something I had to see immediately. Also that it was definitely not a documentary. Jack O'Connell is an amazing actor and this is definitely his best performance yet. I have never heard of Miyavi, but he was actually really awesome and vicious. There are several scenes that were really emotional and powerful. It had more to it than the previews lead you to believe. It's crazy how much people physically prepared for their roles. I thought the ending was pretty interesting and I liked all the facts that they put at the end. It was nice to see a World War II story that didn't deal with the Nazi part. It was truly inspirational and had me thinking about life in general. I highly recommend checking this out as soon as possible.
