A classic

By now, I have seen all the movies involving the Monty Python and while I was wildly enthousiast at first, I must admit it that I was a little bit disappointed. I mean, I more or less enjoyed all their movies but I didn’t find them really excellent and I came to the conclusion that their humor is not really my cup of tea. However, there is one exception and it is this flick. Indeed, contrary to the rest of their work, I really loved this comedy, for once I was able to completely connect with their humor and, in my opinion, I would go as far as saying that it is easily one of the best comedies ever made. Indeed, to start with, the concept was just awesome. Even though I’m not a religious man, I always thought that religion is a fascinating subject and I have never seen a comedy who managed to tackle this subject so successfully. On top of that, the jokes were really hilarious. Of course, not all of them were great (I think it might actually be dangerous since you would be laughing constantly and therefore would die from oxigen deprivation) but most of them were just spot on. To conclude, I think it is a great comedy, a classic, and it is definitely worth a look, especially if you like the genre.
