My temptation is for all who can to see this movie

Willem Dafoe plays Jesus in a movie about Jesus' crucifixion. This movie has the right title! This movie covers the last temptation of Christ!

My temptation is for all who can to see this movie! (should be fine for mature teens 13 and up) 'The Last Temptation of Christ' is something that you'll need to watch all off to understand the ending.

Spoiler alert: This is a big spoiler! Go to the next paragraph if you don't want to know what happens or unless you've seen the movie;

When Jesus (Dafoe) is on the cross, he is tempted by a young girl who claims to be his guardian angel (Juliette Caton) and she takes him down from the cross. Jesus is then cleaned up by Mary Magdalene (Barbara Hershey) who he marries but she dies before giving birth to a baby. Eventually as an old man, Jesus realises that to die on the cross would've saved the world. The "guardian angel" is revealed to be Satan and Jesus realises that he wants to die on the cross. When this movie took us back to Jesus near death on the cross, this movie made a lot of sense to me

This movie is very interesting, the temptation scene made a lot of sense in the end and I understood it. Willem Dafoe is great as Jesus and is well cast. The rest of the cast are also very good and Martin Scorsese's direction is brilliant! (it's an Oscar nominated direction by him)

This movie is rated 15 but it should be fine for mature teens 13 and up. Yeah, this movie is bloody but the only violent scenes are when Jesus takes out his heart (in a vision) and the whole crucifixion scene which gives you most of the details. But not recommended for anyone under 13!

This movie makes sense for the recommended audiences! Anyone under 13 should not understand it! If I’d seen this movie at 10 years old, I wouldn’t have understood it! So parents, don’t show this to your kids, wait until they’re 13 and then show them how amazing this movie is! What an inspiring movie!
