An underrated movie

Even though I have seen all the movies directed by the Coen brothers, I have a somewhat difficult relationship with their work and, depending on my mood, I will either love their work or it would make me indifferent but if I watch it again and my mood has changed, my opinion might be drastically different. I guess, I was in a great mood the both times I watched this flick. Indeed, if you check the ratings (in Listal and Imdb), you will notice that it is one of the least appreciated movies directed by the Coen brothers and, even though it might not be one of their best flicks, I actually liked it a lot. Indeed, I'm a sucker for romantic comedies but most of those are really unoriginal and disappointing. So, this one was really refreshing as I thought it was quite hilarious with some rather messed up characters. Furthermore, I just loved the dark humor which was really refreshing and, on top of that, the chemistry between George Clooney and Catherina Zeta-Jones was very good. Neither of their character could be trusted and it made the whole thing even more compelling to watch. To conclude, I really loved it, it is really underrated and definitely worth a look, especially if you are interested in the Coen brothers' work.
