Now this will be the second half of my review for the series so far. I will cover episodes 8-13. Now remember I don't want to spoil it for everyone so be cautious as I may say something that you didn't want to know before watching the show. You have been warned.
Episode 8 (Allies): Tobias Whale makes another appearance in this episode. He is pretty similar to The Kingpin in many aspects and is probably even loosely based on him. Finally something becomes familiar with this episode! Barbara is adorably funny in this episode. There seems to be a lot of Circus Of Strange characters in this series. It was just an okay filler episode. Some interesting little easter eggs though I think. 7/10
Episode 9 (Control): I think this episode seems to have a villain created for the show or this is one really low time character from the comics who is greatly altered. Definitely a well done episode. The villain was cool and there were some awesome sequences throughout. 9/10
Episode 10 (Sacrifice): Two of the shows plots meet together in this episode. Not much to say here other than an interesting twist to the current arcs. Awesome cameo at the end. I am sure this will be one of the favorites. 9/10
Episode 11 (Instinct): Another pair of villains we saw before show up. It's a pretty goofy episode if you ask me. A few good moments, but truly nothing special. The ending was the best part of the episode. 6/10
Episode 12 (Attraction): Lunkhead and Magpie return for this funny entry to the series. It was cute little episode with a good ending. There isn't much more to say about this episode. 7/10
Episode 13 (Fall): This mid-season finale starts off with a bang. We learn more to two of the story arcs that are play major roles in the whole show. Wow the ending left me speechless. Pretty much answers some questions and leaves you with a thirst for more. 10/10
This show is pretty great so far. Let's hope the next 13 episodes can save it because it might not make it another season or so I've heard. It isn't the best of the Batman series on television, but it is still pretty good. All in all the series so far I would say a 7.9/10. It is worth the watch despite the characters looks and the rumors of it possibly only lasting one season.
