I thought I'd seen my share of bad movies. Boy was I wrong! This is pure crap.
It turned out to be a promising story, although depicting cops as intellectuals has always been funny!
Jackson is a cop who plays the cello and is on his way to a musical camp, when a neighbour requests him to find her daughter, who's been missing for 3 days. Reluctantly he gives up his vacation with his music, and starts an investigation around Turk Street. There, he stumbles upon a bunch of cons, including a girl (Milla Jovovich).
The script was stupid. Very unrealistic. Also it had many flaws, I don't even know where to start.
The acting was terribly bad, and hard to watch, even Jackson was awful, that means it was also badly directed because Jackson is an excellent actor (usually).
One of the worst action films.
HOWEVER, as a comedy, it was hilarious.
I should point out that this is a movie shelved in the action section - NOT comedy. But it was so bad, and so stupid, we just laughed all the way through.
Don't waste your money, or your time with this bad made-for-tv movie.
