A bad movie

I remember watching 'Thomas and the Magic Railroad' years ago, back then, it was one of my favorite movies and I loved the TV series, I last saw it 10 years ago and watching the Nostalgia Critic's review, I thought "He's made some good points in his review!"

It is bang on target for the target audience of children under 5, but only they are likely to be satisfied, andย the movie has problems; the plot is confusing for kids, the acting isn't very good, Alec Baldwin's dialogue is laughable and the Americanization wasn't needed.

Nevertheless, the movie has a very good look; the models and sets look great, the poster looks great and there are a few funny moments.

But I also wish they could make the lips move, I am aware that they don't move in the TV series but the TV series (before the movie) was only 5 minutes, surely for an over hour movie, they can find a way to make the lips move and put a stop to Thomas's painted on grin (by changing from models to CGI, they finally made the lips move and not just the eyes).
