There isn't much speculation here why this film has been nominated for so many Oscars this year. Truly one of the best gangster films I have seen delivered by the master, Martin Scorsese. A power packed cast provided all drama that made this an instant classic. From Jack Nicholson to Leonardo DiCaprio, from Mark Wahlberg to Matt Damon, the characters truly captured the essence of a Scorsese film.
