Review of The Ice Storm

The Ice Storm is a wonderful movie that describes pressures within a 1970's family. Similar in theme to American Beauty, The Ice Storm provides a more realistic analysis of the modern family. Wonderful performances by all of the main players but special mention to Kevin Kline. Joan Allen (faultless performance) and Sigornay Weaver. It's recreation of the era in which it is based (early Seventies) is unsurpassed.
