Cozy

This kind of book remembers me how sometimes you need to just lay down. Come down. I thought it was pretty poetic. And sweet. Shall I say that it's really amusing because they'd never forget Cecília, and she is the first one to commit suicide. Right in the beginning.

What makes all of this even most interesting, is the fact that we don't get to know what's really going on inside of Lisborn's (since the story is narrated by their stalkers' neighbors) house. And I kept wondering with myself all the dialogues and plans of them. The little details and meaningfulness for their deaths.

It would be rubbish not to mention the film. It was one of the best adaptation book-screenplay I've ever noticed. And all that color of the sunset. With just a few changes, it didn't ruin the book. But there are highlight parts that should've been in the film. Like that old lady that lives in the basement and the fact that Mary survives when she and her three other sisters committed suicide inside their house. And then she kills herself in a lovely way, just like her sisters did. And all the little information about Lisbon's girls. It's fascinating and kind.

I can't explain, it's a beautiful book.
It felt just like home.
