Review of *Batteries Not Included

Family movie; For those wanting a cuter, more child friendly, version of cocoon, this is it. A bunch of little robots from outer space come to save the residents of a dilapidated apartment building who are being forced out by an evil property developer

Reasonable special effects for the time. Dialog and plot offer no suprises, but then again...they're not really meant to.

Enjoyable if you want something that grandma and the kids can all watch one holiday afternoon if it happens to be on tele.
