Review of Assassin's Creed: Revelations

Here are a few things you should know before you play this game. Get the following games first and finish them.
Assassin's Creed. Assassin's Creed II. Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. Only then will you be ready for this great finale for Ezio's adventure as an assassin.

When the first game had come out, I was astonished to see a medieval environment in a video game. Medieval times were violent and you can see it. It can be scary at times when you wonder. You play as Desmond who has to access the memories of his ancestor through the Animus. Animus will read the history from one's DNA, thus enabling the user to access the memories of their ancestor. Altair an overconfident assassin who pays the price for being one and must earn the respect of the grandmaster and his fellow assassins, again. The ending will leave your mouth open or your jaw would've fallen off. Ubisoft achieved in establishing the medieval period and interwoven fiction & history & science fiction together successfully. And their smart choice of Jesper Kyd for the music is appreciable as this will bring in fans of the HITMAN series (by I.O. Interactive).

Before you play AC II, you will have to watch a short film produced by Ubisoft. Assassin's Creed Lineage. Your Welcome.
The next game was Assassin's Creed II. A different location and almost 400 years later. The beginning of what would turn out to be one of the greatest times in history, the renaissance period. A child is born into a noble family who earned their nobility. Great story, graphics and beautiful game play. Once again, you will meet with real people from history or they will show up in cameos. The detail is amazing as even rumours from that era will be available for play in the game. This is the beginning of a long journey in the life of Ezio.
Desmond is now becoming stronger. Not bad for a guy who was a bartender who had no idea about his life.
And you as the gamer have no idea what's in store for you.

Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. Ezio's journey continues as you are now on the path of becoming a leader in the brotherhood, recruiting assassins, freeing Rome from the tyranny of the Borgias and trying to understand the secrets protected by the assassin brotherhood which the templars want to steal. You have a lot of things to do and you will learn it is not easy to be an assassin. If the secrets weren't enough in the second game, this game will leave you amazed once again. The story continues and is brilliant, touching the creation of our species itself but I do not wish to spoil any further. Make sure you unlock all the glyphs and solve all the puzzles & tomb raiding in both AC II and this game, AC Brotherhood. For the complete experience. Desmond has now acquired all the skills of his ancestor Ezio. But he is stuck in the animus.

Enter Assassin's Creed: Revelations. When the trailer was released in E3, I must've seen it over 30 times that night. By now I've seen it over 130 times. Then came the GAMESCOM trailer and for the first time I liked dub-step. Finally when I got the game in hand, it was time for "all will be revealed." Older Ezio in Constantinople. Seriously this game is a dream come true. History buff or not. The older the wiser and there is always room for learning no matter how old you are. That is what happens with Ezio. As the grandmaster of the Assassin Brotherhood it is time for the lifelong mission to end. For this Ezio must access the memories of his ancestor Altair. Yes, Desmond will play as Ezio who will play as Altair. What will Ezio learn? Is there anything common between Altair and Ezio? Will the templars grow stronger? Desmond who now possesses the knowledge of Altair and the skills of Ezio, get out of Animus? As a lover of this game series, the ending of this game was highly emotional as the game play experience once again becomes the greatest. Ubisoft knows how to tell a story and this is the conclusion to Ezio's story. Once you've finished this game, you can watch Assassin's Creed Embers, an animated short film about Ezio in his old age.

By now Assassin's Creed III would have been released...
