99 minutes of a cliched but cute story

Baby's Day Out sounds like that Hollywood is starting to run out of ideas and started resorting to turn a Tom & Jerry short into a film. That's true, but tell that to countries such as India, where the film is surprisingly popular. It's hard to beat up on this movie since there are some likable side characters such as the gorilla at the zoo and the veterans that the baby comes across. Overall, it's just one of the ways to kill 99 minutes.
