Review of Music From The Eather (limited)

Well it's been five years since M&tF's last album, Enlightenment Through a Chemical Catalyst, and it sure doesn't feel like it. I liked the album a lot but this new one seems like it's more of the same. In fact, I think a couple tracks on disc one are remixes of tracks from Enlightenment Through a Chemical Catalyst but the titles are changed. This new album is all instrumental as well and that I don't like because I liked what little vocals were in the last album. In any event, this album is very experimental in regards to the industrial scene and I love that about M&tF. The band is on a label were everything sounds the same so this is a breath of fresh air for sure. I don't think I'll ever give this higher than a 7/10, like the last album, but damn does it have a lot of replay value. Tons of samples and even more drum patterns!
