Review of Tokyo Gore Police

This is one from the baisment of Yoshihiro Nishimura, the man who worked special effects on Machine girl ,,but this one is far ahead the Machine girl! It's an insanely apocalyptic picture of Japan in future, where the police is a private force and works as an extremely violent sammurai unit that uses extremely sadistic methods on criminals, and their target are so called 'engineers' ,mutants who turn their injuries into weapon! In the centre of atenttion is a police officer Ryuka who uses her catana in a very skilful way and slaughters 'engineers' with it.Ryuka is by the way Eihi Shiina from Takashi Mike's Audition.
The gore in this movie is fascinating, with a bunch of exaturating cartoonish brilliant scenes and I must inform you about some of those masterpieces such as the saw poping out of head and cutting of arms,a lady with no arms and legs with a sado-mazo mask and she serves as a sex slave to the police chief,a club where a woman who has a penis instead of an eye and an eye in her moth performs,a woman urinating in the audience's mouth while they're thrilled and many others scene that you have to see to believe that there is no end in Nishimura's imagination!
I must also add the storyline in this movie about commercials which are shown on tokyo television such as-don't do harakiri in your office or selling razorbleeds for tennagers selfmutilation!
So what else can I say except-if you're into neverending bizzare imagination filled in blood and unbelievable gore effects that make the machine girl -chef eating his own fingers as a sushi scene seem as a product of a grey's anatomy director' s mind or something similar, this movie is a piece of that japanese sickness you'll be returning to always!
