After getting halfway through this book I had to quit it. It's a hard sci-fi and I don't generally like hard sci-fi so I guess I'm not surprised at myself for not getting 100% behind this book. I love the idea behind it but the damn story didn't tell me much except how easy a sex change can be. Half way through they were still talking about sex changes. I get it. Move on! This story had sci-fi ideas but it was more centered around peoples lives and just felt more like a drama taking place in the future, which is what I don't want read much of.
