Poor Script and Dialogue Quality
Frequent reviews say the story doesn't make much sense, overuses clichés, has flat characters, weak motivations, exaggerated villains, and absurd situations with no clear logic. Bad or unconvincing performances.
The actors are criticized as unnatural, lacking in expression, and many scenes seem done "for filler." The drama isn't believed in many places. Visual Effects / Sets / Limited Production
Many complain about the very basic CGI, cheap sets, and effects that look like they were generated on a low budget. In storm scenes, underwater action, or airplanes, they expect more quality. Lack of originality / Excessive mixing of elements without cohesion.
The introduction of too many ideas (Atlantis, the Bermuda Triangle, technology, weapons, marine biology, world domination) causes it to lose focus; some say the film becomes confusing or loses credibility because of how it puts everything together. Poor use of potential
