An average movie

Since I have huge weak spot for the movies directed by Frank Oz, I was rather eager to watch this flick. On the other hand, most of the movies starring Steve Martin are usually disappointing and it is ever worse concerning Goldie Hawn who plays the same character all over again in all her movies. Eventually, I thought it was not bad at all. Of course, the story was really preposterous and the concept is rather lame when you think about it for a moment but the whole thing was just pretty hilarious. Indeed, Steve Martin and Goldie Hawn have some great comedic chemistry here and after watching so many disappointing flicks starring Steve Martin, I do believe that it is actually one of his best movies. Like I said before, the premise is rather lame and the whole thing is rather predictable so it is still nothing mind-blowing but I thought it was pretty funny. To conclude, it is one of the best comedies starring Steve Martin and it is definitely worth a look, especially if you like the genre.
