Billy Hargrove was a difficult character to pin down, as he seemed to be suffering quite the abuse from his father in the second season – an attempt meant to garner our sympathy. His role in both series made him one of the most despicable protagonists and until his demise, was a long way from fan-forgiveness.

But, the once-was villain ended up making us feel sorry him as he battled against the horrid Mind-Flayer in Season 3. He may not be a character to be missed, but he will be remembered to say the least.
